Could Kurk be your new best friend? This sweet boy loves affection from humans nearly as much as he loves his food. He is so gentle and placid, he loves exercise and would need a good walking everyday as he has a lot of energy to burn off, but once he’s out of energy you’ll certainly have to tuck him into bed. Kurk is currently being treated to heal his skin. He was in pretty poor condition when he arrived recently. However, he will be sleek and shiny soon. This loveable lurcher would suit a home by himself or with other dogs, he gets on well with both male and female dogs. He can be a bit strong on the lead but with how smart he is I have no doubt he’d learn in no time.

Paws Adoption Policy
If you have children under the age of 7 you must adopt a puppy. (This for your children’s safety as we have no idea of the dogs history).
- Our dogs are rehomed as indoor pets only.
- Your garden must be fully enclosed by walls or secure fencing,no hedges or shock collars. We carry out pre-adoption homechecks.
- We don’t rehome adult sighthounds with cats, we recommend getting a pup.
PAWS is not open to the public as it stresses the dogs.
