Hardest to rehome – Meredith

31st August 2021

Allow us to introduce to a very special older lady and our newest dog finding it a little more difficult to find her forever home, Meredith!

Being a very sweet, mature lady, of 7 or 8 years old, it’s hard to see why Meredith is getting overlooked by potential adopters. It could be due to her older age, or it could be due to her being a three legged dog! However, we can assure you neither of these traits slow her down! Not even a little bit. Meredith is still sprightly and one of her favourite things to do is play with a tennis ball.

She was found abandoned, starving and in massive pain, Meredith was found on the side of the road. Her front leg was broken and she had a tumor growing on the knee – although since she had the leg removed and received plenty of TLC, Meredith is now like a new dog.
Full of fun, Meredith just loves to play, and always carries a toy around looking for someone to play with.
Meredith is not able for a lot of exercise, she is looking for a less active home with a garden to ramble around in.
Meredith is very affectionate and loves being around people, we think she would be happiest in a home on her own so as she can have all the attention. To find our more information or to organise meeting Meredith, please contact Paws on info@paws.ie
